All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Credit card information is never stored.

Your payment method will be preauthorized. Actual payment is taken at the time your item(s) have been shipped.

  • Canceled orders -- the authorization will be voided. You may not see this in your account depending on how your bank processes a preauthorization.  
  • Preauthorizations are a temporary hold on funds. If the charge is not taken within a period of time the authorization is voided. We are not able to take the payment when this happens. This means we will need to take payment again or cancel the order. A new order will need to be placed.
  • If an order is refunded this means the payment has been processed. You will see your refund in your account in 3 to 5  business days.
